I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. David was able to provide directions to local attractions. Diego was very helpful with moving my bags when I extended my stay. Argil gave great recommendations on local fireworks displays!
The room was on the smaller side ,it was somewhat difficult to fully open two suitcases simultaneously.

The room was super clean. It also looked exactly like the photos. There was a balcony view overlooking the street. The bathroom was a perfect size and it had all the needed amenities.

perfect location helpful staff weak ac long time
the location is amazing! its super close to shops and restaurants. the staff were really nice, and very helpful.
the ac wasnt working properly when i arrived. i complained, but they say it was working, it just take time.

convenient location!
advantageous location easy access spacious lift
I found the location very advantageous. a metro station is just behind the street. It was very convenient. casa batllo and casa mila are within walking distance, perfect. the lift was spacious and well-decorated.
The airport buses were a bit far. It's a straight path! but it can be tiring with lots of luggage.

the room was nice and neat. there was a balcony with a nice view of the street! the room featured a mirror and good lighting. everything in the room felt new and clean.

there is a rooftop terrace. guests can grab coffee there, this is free of charge. the hotel features a modern elevator! it serves all floors. luggage storage is available after checkout.

the staff was friendly and helpful. the reception staff was always available. they assisted with directions and recommendations! they also helped arrange taxi service to the airport.
